Price and availability

For any quotation, request, you can contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone. Renting directly saves you from paying the service fees that booking platforms charge you (e.g.: Airbnb, booking.com, etc.).

Price/night: from €120/night to €320/night depending on the season (low/medium/high/very high season)

Mandatory cleaning fee: €90/stay

Tourist tax: €1.32/night/adult

Accepted means of payment: transfer or check

Payment terms: 25% deposit at time of booking and balance payment 45 days before your arrival (100% payment at time of booking for arrivals within 45 days). Our cancellation conditions are specified in the rental contract.

Price of the deposit: €500 (by check or in cash)

Minimum length of stay : 2 to 7 nights (variable depending on the season, your reservation dates, etc.)

Arrival time: from 5:00 p.m. Departure time: before 12:00 p.m.
